A caregiver is someone designated by a patient to pick up MMJ products at a dispensary.
Any Pennsylvania resident 21 or older (or younger if authorized by the department) who passes a background check can serve as a caregiver.
Yes, caregivers can assist multiple patients.
Register on our site using the patient’s name, date of birth, and patient ID number. After completing a background check, you’ll be approved as a caregiver.
Caregivers must pass a background check. A criminal record related to the sale or possession of drugs within the past five years may disqualify you.
